pbd4d Platform Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

By accessing the pbd4d platform — whether by visiting the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a Bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the pbd4d platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting our support team.

To register and maintain an Account on pbd4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. pbd4d operates a strict 21+ policy and will immediately suspend any Account found to belong to a minor. We reserve the right to request government-issued proof of age at any time.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. Access from jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited by local law is not permitted. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using pbd4d is lawful in your location.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. Individuals who have been declared legally incompetent by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible.
4. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other restriction placed on your Account through our Responsible Gaming tools or at your own prior request.
5. Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of pbd4d or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment partners.

pbd4d reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage of the Account lifecycle and to suspend or permanently close any Account that no longer satisfies these criteria.

Each Player may hold one Account only. Duplicate Accounts — including Accounts held under different names, email addresses, or device identifiers by the same individual — will be merged or closed, and any winnings arising from bets placed on a duplicate Account may be voided.

1. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Indonesian mobile number or email address.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
3. You must notify pbd4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
4. pbd4d is not liable for any loss suffered as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
5. Account registration and use are personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any balance within it to another person.

pbd4d is committed to operating a secure and responsible platform. In accordance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices, we require Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request.

Documents typically required for KYC verification include:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or SIM (driver's licence) showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Age: Any government-issued document confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph of the bank account or e-wallet used to make deposits, confirming that it is registered in your own name.

pbd4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if we have reason to believe that further verification is necessary. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC is satisfactorily completed. pbd4d will process submitted documents within 24 hours during normal operating conditions.

All financial transactions on pbd4d are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). pbd4d does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals.

6.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000. Maximum single deposit limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Accepted deposit channels include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata, and e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and refund of the deposited amount.
• pbd4d is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider's own processing times.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 3–10 minutes for approved requests submitted via bank transfer or e-wallet during normal operating hours. Complex requests or those requiring additional KYC review may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be approved where the Account holder has completed KYC verification and the withdrawal amount does not exceed available Real Money Funds (Bonus Funds must meet wagering requirements before they are convertible to withdrawable balance).
• pbd4d reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal pending additional security checks if unusual account activity is detected.

pbd4d offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to Indonesian public holidays and major sporting events. All bonuses are subject to the terms below and to any additional conditions stated at the time the bonus is offered.

1. Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn as cash. Real Money Funds are always withdrawable independently of any pending bonus wagering requirement.
2. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players who have completed the actions specified in the promotion (e.g., minimum qualifying deposit, use of a specific payment method, opt-in via the promotions page).
3. One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held per Account at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus wagering requirement is outstanding may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
4. Abuse of Bonuses: pbd4d reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if we determine that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk or opposing bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, or colluding with other Players to exploit promotional terms.
5. Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in the specific promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account balance automatically.
6. Variation and Withdrawal: pbd4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and actively held by Players.

The following general rules apply across all products on the pbd4d platform. Product-specific rules (e.g., sportsbook settlement rules, live casino table limits, Domino QQ hand rankings) are published within the relevant product lobbies and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

1. Bet Acceptance: A Bet is accepted only when confirmed by the pbd4d system and a reference number or confirmation is displayed. Network interruptions prior to system confirmation mean the Bet has not been placed, and no funds will be deducted.
2. Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed per market, game, and table at the time of betting. pbd4d reserves the right to adjust limits at any time without prior notice.
3. Void Bets: A Bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, if an obvious pricing error occurred, if settlement data is unavailable within a reasonable period, or if the Bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Void bets are refunded to the Account at the original stake amount.
4. Sportsbook Odds: Odds are displayed in decimal format as standard. pbd4d reserves the right to correct manifest errors in published odds at any time, including after a Bet has been placed. Where a Bet has been placed at an incorrect price, pbd4d will offer the Player the option to void the Bet or have it settled at the correct price.
5. Live Betting: In-play (live) betting markets close automatically when a triggering event occurs (e.g., a goal, a set won, a wicket taken). Bets placed after the event but before the market closes due to a data-feed delay may be voided at pbd4d's discretion.
6. Togel Draws: Results for togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws offered on pbd4d are determined by the official published results of the relevant draw operator. pbd4d is not responsible for delays in official results publication.

pbd4d is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming. We provide a range of tools designed to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Players may configure on-screen reminders that notify them of the duration of their current gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 90 days. During a cooling-off period, login is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling has become or is becoming a problem may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Permanently self-excluded Accounts cannot be reopened.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pbd4d platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one Account or using the Account of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of cheating in card or table games.
• Money laundering or using the platform to conceal the origin of funds obtained through illegal means.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Attempting to charge back a deposit after bets have been placed using those funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pbd4d staff or other Players through any communication channel.

All content on the pbd4d platform — including but not limited to the pbd4d brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of pbd4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pbd4d platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content from pbd4d without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any pbd4d software.
• Use pbd4d branding or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pbd4d and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the pbd4d platform.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, acts of government, or network outages).
• The outcome of any Bet or wager placed on the platform. Gambling inherently involves risk, and pbd4d does not guarantee winnings.
• Loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your login credentials secure.
• The accuracy of odds, statistics, or information provided by third-party data feeds displayed on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit pbd4d's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13.1 Termination by pbd4d. pbd4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, if:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• pbd4d is required to do so by applicable law, a regulator, or a court order.
• The Player's Account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months.
• pbd4d determines in its reasonable discretion that continued operation of the Account presents a risk to platform integrity or the safety of other Players.

13.2 Termination by the Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting pbd4d support. Upon Account closure, any remaining Real Money Funds (net of pending wagering obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued under these Terms. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination indefinitely.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally accepted principles of commercial law as applied in the jurisdiction in which pbd4d's operating entity is incorporated. pbd4d operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform serving the Indonesian market.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration administered by an internationally recognised arbitration body, conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of a dispute.

pbd4d reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players by displaying a prominent notice on the platform and, where possible, by sending an in-platform notification or email to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the pbd4d platform following publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must discontinue use and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.
